Ethan Tong (Head Coach)
After three top-3 finishes and two National Oral Advocate awards in High School, Ethan began a coaching career in 2019. Since then, he's become the premier High School Moot Court coach in the nation. He's coached over 50 teams, including six National finalists and eleven #1 Oral Advocates. He co-founded HSMCA in 2025.

This year, HSMCA is partnering with Blackstone Moot Court to bring you the highest quality Moot Court camp in the nation.
Since 2020, Blackstone has offered 13 summer camps, hosting over 300 students from across the nation. Blackstone coaches have also coached over 1,000 private sessions, and 6 of the last 8 Moot Court National Championship Finalists have been Blackstone students.
Whether you just competed at Moot Court Nationals or you have no idea what “petitioner and respondent” are, the camp will have plenty for you. We’ve split the camp into two tracks, beginner and advanced. The advanced instruction will teach students how to write elite-level cases, respond more directly to judge questions, and win close rounds. The beginner instruction will teach students how to master the style and demeanor, how to write compelling arguments, and how to read dense caselaw.
The camps will also feature lectures on the case this year, giving you a head start into this year’s exciting new packet!
